We offer two tiers of production speed:

• Regular Processing: 3–5 business days.

• Rush Processing: 1–2 business days (requires a Rush Fee).

• Please note: Sundays are not included in the production count.

After your payment is confirmed, we will provide you with a Submission Form. You will need to upload your high-resolution photos and final text details there.

• Note: To ensure the best print quality, please avoid sending screenshots.

Yes! As part of our layout process, we will send you a digital proof for your approval. We only proceed to printing once you have confirmed that the details are correct.

We strongly advise you to check your digital proof carefully. Once you give us the “Go” to print, we are not responsible for any errors or typos that were present in the approved layout.

Yes, we ship nationwide. Please ensure you add the Shipping Transit Time on top of the Production Lead Time to get an accurate estimate of when your board will arrive.

Shipping is not free unless we have promo. Shipping fee is based on the size of your order and your exact address. Shipping fee will be shown before checkout.

Shipping times depend on your location relative to Metro Manila:

• Luzon: 1–3 business days.

• Visayas: 2–5 business days.

• Mindanao: 3–7 business days.

Yes! If you want to save on shipping costs or receive your board faster, you may opt for a Store Pick-up.

Our pick-up point is located at: 836 Aurora Blvd., Cubao, Quezon City. Google Maps

1. Choose “Pick-up” during checkout.

2. Once your board is finished (based on your chosen Lead Time), we will notify you via Facebook Messenger.

3. You can pick it up personally or book your own courier (Lalamove, Grab, or similar services).

 Pickup Schedule is Every Monday to Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Please note that pick-ups are not available on Sundays.

Because every order is custom-made with your specific names, dates, and details, we cannot resell or “restock” your item if a delivery is refused or unpaid. Requiring upfront payment ensures that we can dedicate the materials and design time necessary to create your unique piece.
